Parameters

addressFamily: One of the AddressFamily values.
socketType: One of the SocketType values.
protocolType: One of the ProtocolType values.
proxyUsername: The username to use when authenticating with the proxy server.
proxyPassword: The password to use when authenticating with the proxy server.
