tinyScramble is an interesting little applet.  tinyScramble will display a 
string of your choice, but only after jumbling through a collection of randomly 
selected upper-case and lower-case characters, numbers and an assortment of 
punctuation. I really don't have a better explanation for it than that. It 
reminds me a little of the introduction to the movie, Sneakers.

Features:

  o The user may pass the message, font, font size, foreground and background
    colors as a parameters.

  o The user may also control the speed with which the applet "jumbles" through
    characters.  

  o The user may pass a background graphic over which the message will "scramble".
