This is the instruction for installing the Justice Guestbook.
The JGB is free, but you are not allowed to delete the copyright notices.
Please send us your Homepage, where you have installed the JGB.

You need a webserver which supports PHP and you need a MySql-Database.

• Open the config.php file in the admin subdirectory. There you have to edit the settings for your db connection. You have to set the hostname, username and password to connect to the db. If you don't know these settings, ask your Provider or your System Administrator. And you have to set to set the dbname where the guestbook-table should be installed. And for the Administration-Tool you have to set the username and the password. If you wanna run more than one JGB on one database, you have to edit the tablenames for every JGB.
• Therefore you can set the JGB in your Sitedesign you can edit the htmlheader.php and htmlfooter.php.
  And please edit the error.php file, this file will be shown, if there is an database-error.
• Upload all the files to your Server where you wanna run the Guestbook, but don't rename the files or the directories.
• Open the install.php file in the jgb-directory with your Webbrowser and use this Installation-Script step by step.
• If the Installation was succsessful, you have to delete the install.php and the update.php file.
• Now you can use the guestbook (jgb.php) and the Administration-Tool (admin/index.php)
• In the Administration-Center for the Justice Guestbook you can set the graphics, colors, text and so on.
